He has deep industry experience having at various times lead the corporate financial services initiatives at GE Information Services, Hogan Systems and Oracle. Paul's uncompromising commitment to customer service is matched by his honest, straightforward and disciplined approach to leadership. Paul received a B.A. in economics and government from the University of Virginia and went on to earn his law degree from the University of Maryland.

Mike Sepesi

Mike Sepesi joined MSS in May 2007 as CFO. He is responsible for the financial, accounting, human resource and administrative areas of MSS. In his role, Mike works very closely with the other teams at MSS and it's parent company, United Communications Group (UCG).

Mike holds a BA in Business Administration from Gettysburg College. He started his career as a CPA with Deloitte Touche. Bitten by the entrepreneurial bug, he joined Bond Investors Guaranty in NYC as Vice President and Comptroller, which was subsequently sold to MBIA. Enjoying that experience he found another NYC-based emerging company in Loan Pricing Corporation where he spent 14 years becoming its COO/CFO and helped to facilitate it's sale to Reuters. He then managed his own consulting practice while seeking out another exciting entrepreneurial opportunity, but this time in NJ, where he found MSS.

Bill Bodnar

Bill Bodnar has been with Mortgage Market GuideSM since its inception in 2001. Aside from overseeing the day-to-day business at the MSS headquarters in New Jersey, Bill also leads Mortgage Success Source's corporate and business development. He is also instrumental in creating new Strategic partnerships which provide additional resources and benefits to the MSS membership.

Having been a student of the financial markets for 20 years, Bill brings a broad knowledge of financial literacy and technical analysis skills to the MSS operation. With these skills, he partakes in content creation for MMG's Daily and Weekly publications. Additionally, he conducts live and webinar training events for corporate clients. You also hear Bill's voice from time to time on MMG's Instant Mortgage Re-price alerts.

Sue Woodard

Sue Woodard President of Mortgage Success Source, has held many different roles during her nearly twenty years in the mortgage industry. A highly sought-after international speaker, trainer, writer and consultant for the mortgage and real estate industries, Sue and her top-producing team maintain a profitable and thriving origination practice in Minneapolis, Minnesota. Sue had her own successful financial radio show, has been featured on NBC and CBS Live News Radio, and has also been a guest on CNBC's SquawkBox and Jim Cramer's Mad Money. She is a member of her local Mortgage Association and Board of REALTORS®, the Women's Council of REALTORS®, and is on the National Advisory Board for Ellie Mae. She has a teenage daughter...and firmly believes that sleep is overrated.

Torry Burdick

Torry Burdick leads the MSS Marketing Team with high energy and enthusiasm. She is responsible for promoting The Mortgage Market Guide, LoanToolbox, all MSS training events and corporate objectives. Her keen sense of strategic marketing, planning and tactical implementation have won her national recognition.

Prior to joining LoanToolbox, Torry held various positions at specialty information providers including Phillips Business Information, ElementK, Infocom Group, MediaLive, and Lebhar-Friedman ranging from publishing management, sales and marketing management, database marketing, new product development, and editorial. Burdick holds a B.A. in advertising from Michigan State University in East Lansing, MI.

Mark Teteris

Mark Teteris leads the strategic direction, planning and business development for Mortgage Success Source’s banking initiatives. Working closely with senior executives at national, mid-market regional and community banks, he helps them increase their revenue and productivity growth through successful implementation of Mortgage Success Source solutions.

An industry veteran with more than twenty years of experience, Mark has led two mortgage banking firms as COO and CEO, has served the industry as President and Legislative Chair of the Minnesota Mortgage Association, and served on the customer advisory boards for several top national lenders. He graduated from the Dunwoody College of Technology, studied at the American Banking Institute, and completed his mini-MBA at the University of St. Thomas.

Ryan Stillwell

Ryan Stillwell graduated from Rutgers University with a BA in Management and Labor Relations. After graduating, Ryan was hired as a Credit Manager for Norwest Financial and continued to work with Norwest through their merger with Wells Fargo, where he served as a Branch Manager. After several years Ryan returned to the Residential lending arena and worked as a successful Loan Originator prior to joining The Mortgage Market Guide.

As Vice President of Operations for Mortgage Success Source, Ryan currently spends most of his time training and overseeing the customer support, billing and sales teams. Ryan's excellent communication skills, combined with his market knowledge, make him an invaluable asset to not only our team, but to Mortgage Success Source subscribers as well.
