“In the past I would
listen to all of the econ news and then decide
in pain whether to lock or not. One thing thin
that everyone in the office joked about it was
“let’s wait and see what Ben does.
If he locks the rates will fall but if he does
not then we better lock!”. Even a degree
in econ did not help at all! Actually it was
a handicap! It gave me too many things to me
think about come time to lock. I even tried
flipping a coin!

“I've
been using your MMGSM Update regularly since subscribing.
However, my first success story is still my
best. I was preparing to lock a client. I received
the page and listened to the message. Quite
frankly I don't recall if I locked before an
increase, or if I waited for the better re-price.
I DO remember very clearly how happy the client
was that with ONE voice mail phone call, and
the appropriately timed rate lock, I saved the
client $968.63. I'll never forget it, and neither
will he. He was STOKED.
