Q: If I change my alert phone numbers, how quickly will the change take affect?

A: The update to the Arch database is automated. Every hour we export the alert numbers from our subscriber database and load them into the Arch voice broadcast system. Therefore any changes to the subscriber database, either from the admin section or from subscriber changes in the Members Section, will be refreshed each hour.

Q: How do I change my password?

A: You can make changes to your personal information from within the Edit Subscriber Profile option in the Members Section of the web site.

Q: I was able to receive the rate lock alert through "Members Only" on Monday, but each time I try accessing the update this morning, it reads "Error - pw already logged in". I can't get past his error. What canI do?

A: We only allow one connection at a time for a single subscriber. Therefore, if you log in but don't log off and then try to log in from another computer you may get an error message. The error message will state, "It appears you are all ready logged on". After 90 minutes the system will automatically log you off so you won't be locked out for an extended period. You should also safeguard your un and pw to ensure you will have access when needed. If you happen to loan your information to a friend or co-worker and they log on to the website the system will lock out any additional viewers... namely you.

Q: I cannot get in, my pw is the same. I have not changed it.

A: They are both case sensitive so be sure and enter them exactly as shown. I tested it and logged in without problems. Please try again.

Q: It isn't clear how or when to log off- is there a trick?

A: The system security allows only one user to log on for each specific un and pw combination. We set the system to automatically log out a user 90 minutes after the initial log in. If your time has expired prior to manually logging out you are directed to another page that only requires you to click one button to return to the Members Section.

The reason we programmed the automatic time-out is to accommodate subscribers who log in, forget to log out then try to log on to another computer at home or at a client’s or prospect’s computer. If we didn’t have a process to automatically log out subscribers they would be locked out until they returned to the original computer.
