just wanted to take the opportunity to thank
you for such a great service. It seems
that each month my investment keeps paying itself
off. With all of the rate shoppers calling my
office, it is great to have something of substance
to talk to my customers about. Everyone wants
to know about the activity in the market, the
newsletter and bond quotes on my cell phone
have given me a great competitive advantage
in the marketplace. In the last three months
I have increased my closing volume by about
25-30% in part due to having a "heads-up"
from Barry about changes in the market, typically
one hour before lenders re-price.
Once again thanks for such
a great service, it has truly helped in developing
new strategic relationships and opportunities.

am so glad that I subscribed to your service.

In the past I would listen
to all of the econ news and then decide in pain
whether to lock or not. One thing thin that
everyone in the office joked about it was “let’s
wait and see what Ben does. If he locks the
rates will fall but if he does not then we better
lock!”. Even a degree in econ did not
help at all! Actually it was a handicap! It
gave me too many things to me think about come
time to lock. I even tried flipping a coin!

made life easy! 2001 was a great year. With
my closings just under $70 Mil it could have
been a disaster if I had to use the old Dark
Ages method to decide to lock or not!!
Your decisions to lock or float were 9 out of
10 right on money. Now I have clients listen
to your voice mails or I forward them your emails
when they ask me about locking. They are very
impressed by the fact that I have such a versatile
team of ‘advisors’ looking out for
their interest. Bottom line, your service is
something a mortgage pro should not be without.
I would venture to say that your fee is a small
investment with returns so great that if my
SEP IRA did 1/10th as good as the return on
your fee, I would retire today!!

The
success story is quite simple, but shows exactly
how other brokers can benefit from your service.
My business partner and I (my wife) were "not

First of all thank you for
the email requesting feedback. I have intended
to give feedback since I
first became a subscriber at the end of December
of 2001. When I originally switched my
trial period to permanent I spoke with one of
your friendly gals there and told her how impressed
I was. I told her I would email my praise but
have never done so. I apologize.
I first came across Barry at
a sales rally for Wells Fargo Home Mortgage
last September or October in Phoenix, AZ. He
was our guest speaker. I
was very impressed. Having just finished
High Trust Sales and Marketing this was what
I thought to be the "icing on the cake".
I am not sure why I did not sign up right away
but I did wait almost 2 months. I think at that
point I was frustrated about locking in loans
and watching pricing improve days following.
In just my two-week trial period I covered the
investment cost of your service. After having
been a customer for 9 months I do not know how
you can operate as a "trusted advisor"
without your service. My customers appreciate
this service so much as we seem to always be
ahead of the game when it comes to rate locking.
Unless you own a crystal ball this service is
an absolute must for every loan officer who
wants to do more than just simply sell a mortgage.
Often I can take a loan from a competitor who
is offering a lower rate just by mentioning
I have this service. This reassures the customer
we are locking at the most advantageous time.

I used to get "updates" from another
service... and would lose my pants on intra
day re-pricing. Since
subscribing to MMGSM, at the suggestion of Todd
Duncan, I've increased my average commission
by.250bps.

I've
been using your MMGSM Update regularly since subscribing.
However, my first success story is still my
best. I was preparing to lock a client. I received
the page and listened to the message. Quite
frankly I don't recall if I locked before an
increase, or if I waited for the better re-price.
I DO remember very clearly how happy the client
was that with ONE voice mail phone call, and
the appropriately timed rate lock, I saved the
client $968.63. I'll never forget it, and neither
will he. He was STOKED.
