Barry Habib is currently the National
Sales Trainer and District Manager for GMAC Mortgage.
Previous to his new position, Barry was the Founder
and President of CMA, a NJ Mortgage Banking firm,
which produced over $3 Billion in loans prior to him
selling the company.
Mr. Habib, age 43, has 17 years experience
in the mortgage industry. Barry has consistently been
recognized as one of America’s Top Loan Originators.
Highlights include over $400 million in individual
loan production over the past 4 years and $140 million
last year, including $30 million in a single month.
He has averaged over $75 million dollars per year
in individual production during his 17 years in the
industry and is one of very few originators who has
surpassed $1 billion in individual production over
his career. Barry’s business is generated by
referral only.
Barry is regularly featured on the
CNBC television network. Additionally, Barry is often
featured on NBC, CNN, FOX, USA and Bloomberg television
networks. Barry is also the author of the Mortgage
Market Guide. This email newsletter provides market

subscribers. Barry is also a contributing editor for
CNBC and columnist for Suze Orman. A nationally recognized
sales trainer, Mr. Habib has been the keynote speaker
